A Request, if I may
So my bro Kama and I decided one fateful day, “Hey, let’s lose some weight together. We’ll kick each other’s ass.”
It was put on a small hold since I was going home soon and there was no way in Hell I was passing up my mom’s delicious food. So now we’re finally getting ourselves going with eating better and working out.
We decided that fad diets are a huge no-no; diets consisting of less than 1500 cal are also a huge no-no. Also, going vegetarian may be a healthy road, but we just kind of laughed when that was brought up. (No offense to any vegetarians or vegans—Kama and I just really … really … appreciate meat.) Most specifically, we’re looking for meal plans. We know what’s healthy and what’s not, but we’re at a near-complete loss of how to put a decent meal together that’s healthy, but isn’t just rabbit food. At least until we get a decent idea of what goes into it.
We’ve looked at a couple sites with dubious concern, and a couple others that seemed like they miiight be okay, but we really wanted to know if you had any suggestions for us. :)
This is important to me, to us, to lose the weight so we can proceed into a healthier lifestyle. Especially since I recently came back from a doctor’s visit and having her inform me that she’ll put me on cholesterol medication if I don’t start dieting better.
Being 22 on cholesterol medication is not something I look forward to. Especially if I can independently make these changes on my own.
So to my followers I would greatly appreciate any and all dieting advice/tips/meal plans. Honestly even the smallest advice would be wonderful.
